The Dieseko factory is well under way producing the first unit Giant 2000M. The 2000M offers 42992kN of eccentric force and can drive piles with a weight up to 1800t. The production of the Giant was started immediately after securing the rental order from Saipem for the installation of monopiles on the Calvados Offshore Wind Farm (located at Courseulles-sur-Mer). The Giant will be available for rental from the Dieseko rental fleet for your projects after the competition of the Calvados project.


The newest generation of vibro hammers are designed and certified to up-end, lift, and drive mono piles to full depth. As the patents are still pending, we ARE NOT sharing the latest design innovations on our website.

The innovations are in the areas of line-pull, verticality control, and the clamping system. Specifically, the innovations reduce the fatigue load in the frame, allow fast scaling up of line-pull capacity to 3000t, enable upending loads of up to 1905t, and offer improved load distribution for easier positioning. Positioning precision is further aided by active orientation tilt actuators. For serious customer inquiries, our team is standing by to provide in private introductions of the design.

The Giant 2000M is powered by four 500M sets and just four 3200 Hydraulic Power Units. The 500M and 3200 are the largest available in the market, which means that the extreme centrifugal force that is needed for large and long mono piles can be generated with just 3 or 4 sets.

The patented Giant 2000M matrix set-up designed by the Dieseko Group, manufacturer of the ICE and PVE brands of vibratory hammer, allows for a rigid setup, lifted from the four corners of the frame.
