For larger piles we offer the PLD-40T and PLD-100T. These accessories are certified as lifting tools and are mounted on the vibratory hammer’s extraction head. The pile lifting device is connected to the suppressor head which is protected from vibrations by the elastomers.

The device is chained to the pile. The crane lifts the device, and the pile is upended. Once the pile is vertical the hammer is lowered so the clamps slide over the casing walls. The hammer is now ready for pile driving. Using this tool our users can safely significantly increase daily production rates.

The PLD’s cylinders are powered by the ICE power pack and controlled by the remote control.
